KYC before Claiming

Users need to complete KYC before claiming. Aethir uses Synaps for KYC services, which includes: liveness verification and ID verification.

Eligibility

Please note we only accept:

1. users who are at least 18 years old; and

2. users not the US and OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions

Processing Time

The typical processing time is max. 24 hours from Synaps, plus max. 12 hours from Aethir.
