# Complete KYC Verfication To comply with AML regulations, all users must complete KYC before they can claim or withdraw ATH tokens from our products. ### KYC (Know Your Customer) Aethir uses ComPilot for KYC services, which includes liveness verification and ID verification. #### Eligibility We only accept: 1. users who are at least 18 years old; and 2. users not from USA and OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions ### KYB (Know Your Business) As an alternative, Aethir accepts Sumsub KYB verification results for Aethir Checker and Aethir Cloud. #### Eligibility The KYB eligibility is similar to KYC: * The Corporate Jurisdiction, Corporate Officer who initiates the verification and the Individual/Corporate Shareholders must not be from USA and OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions. #### Processing Time If you wish to choose KYB instead of KYC, please note: 1. KYB verification is handled solely by Sumsub and involves a rigorous process with a significantly longer processing time. 2. Aethir does not have access to the KYB process.
