Complete KYC Verfication

To comply with AML regulations, all users must complete KYC before they can claim or withdraw ATH tokens from our products.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

Aethir uses ComPilot for KYC services, which includes liveness verification and ID verification.

Eligibility

We only accept:

1. users who are at least 18 years old; and

2. users not from USA and OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions

KYB (Know Your Business)

As an alternative, Aethir accepts Sumsub KYB verification results for Aethir Checker and Aethir Cloud.

Eligibility

The KYB eligibility is similar to KYC:

• The Corporate Jurisdiction, Corporate Officer who initiates the verification and the Individual/Corporate Shareholders must not be from USA and OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions.

Processing Time

If you wish to choose KYB instead of KYC, please note:

1. KYB verification is handled solely by Sumsub and involves a rigorous process with a significantly longer processing time.

2. Aethir does not have access to the KYB process. For any inquiries about the process or results, please contact Sumsub directly. Read more about Subsub decision guideline.

3. Once you receive a positive KYB result, you must notify Aethir to enable claiming on the platform.
